We have all heard of “shadow work” and it sounds scary and dark... like you are supposed to locate your shadow and stomp it to death. Or at least douse it in whitewash, so it isn’t so dark.
I am inviting you to a different kind of shadow work. One where we learn just what our shadow is and how to embrace it as a beautiful part of who we are.
In this six week group, we explore our shadow, we learn from it, and we learn how to integrate its wisdom into our daily living. There is no text book, just several worksheets we work on in class, and then play with during the week.
We will meet weekly for about 90 minutes. There will be two classes. One in person, and one online. So no matter where you live you can take part in this growth experience.
This is a non-accredited course, so it won’t earn you any units, but it will bring you a new sense of self. Suggested tuition is $120, which can be paid up front or in payments.
Classes will be Thursdays at 6:30pm for in person, or Fridays at 10:30am for online. (Pacific Time)
Taught by Rev Linda Finley, beginning August 17 or 18.
